Monitor web app projects - uptime and SSL

It did happen to me a couple of times. I was working on several sideprojects and suddenly a friend messaged that one of them was down. Looking into the issue, this must have embarrasingly been the case for a while 😅. And I didn't notice. .... oops....

UptimeRobot

Currently I'm trying out UptimeRobot.com, backing em up and give me a ping when a site goes down. The paid version allows for monitoring SSL expiry. For me, that's a nice to have, but not a must have. The uptime check will fail when it's expired and alert me.
